The Matfer Exoglass Bouillon Strainer is a professional, catering grade bowl sieve which is designed for intensive use in professional catering environments.
Mainly used for straining sauces to remove impurities, these bouillon strainers can also be used for simply sieving ingredients.
The body and handle of this Matfer strainer is made from a one-piece composite material meaning there are practically no weak points in the main body of the strainer, helping to reduce the chance of breakages.
With two hooks to attach the strainer to the edge of a bowl or pan and a comfortable heat resistant handle, you can be sure of reliable and outstanding performance every time.
The fine stainless steel mesh is a hard wearing and long lasting solution for all your sieving duties, while the stainless steel wire enforcement helps to prevent damage and maintains the structure of the strainer.
