This aluminium roasting dish with handles is ideal for roasting chicken, turkeys or joints of meat in your oven. These 4" deep roasting dishes ensure that any juices or liquids which escape from your meat during roasting are contained within the dish rather than run all over your oven and create a mess.
These roasting dishes are available in a range of sizes to suit a variety of ovens in both commercial or domestic kitchens.
The aluminium construction of these deep roasting dishes ensures that heat is efficiently transferred throughout the whole dish, helping to prevent hotspots which can cause some problems with other roasting dishes.
We recommend that these aluminium roasting dishes are washed in warm soapy water after use as sustained dishwasher use with most pieces of aluminium bakeware will cause corrosion over time.
